Sustainability plays a key role in the facility, which is designed to be LEED certified, including:

  • A 50-percent green roof
  • Radiant heating and cooling in soundstage spaces
  • Lobby/mezzanine lighting fixtures that progressively illuminate as natural outdoor light decreases
